Submission for review:
All submissions should be made in PDF format and comply with the IEEE Computer Society Conference Proceedings Format Guidelines to be found at http://www.computer.org/portal/web/cscps/formatting. The proceedings will be published by the IEEE Computer Society Press and be made accessible through IEEE Xplore and the IEEE Computer Society Digital Library.
The page limit for long papers (research papers, idea papers and experience reports) is 10 pages; short (position) papers can be as long as 5 pages.

Please ignore the PDF eXpress stuff as this is not required. In step 8, you may declare that you have checked the paper based in PDF eXpress if you cannot submit the paper otherwise.
The maximum size for full papers is 10 pages, for short papers – 6 pages.
Registration
For each accepted paper at least one author has to be registered, otherwise papers will not be published.
